Composer, producer and DJ from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Sol Porro, already known by the community, accepted our invitation to the South Plug rooftop in El Raval and gave us a rich summer set. Here she tells us a little more about her time in Barcelona and what she presents in this live set.
Well, I arrived in Barcelona in passing before leaving for Ibiza, just a few days and suddenly I met many friends I hadn’t seen for years, the excitement of skating in some incredible spots and also with the invitation of SouthPlug to record a Live Set in the Gothic Quarter. So it was very intense and rewarding. It’s a city that makes you feel at home and makes you want to stay longer than you go.
In this Live we are going to listen to my repertoire that goes from tracks from several years ago to the freshest of 2024. I could define it as a good combination between a nostalgic analog sound of 80’s/90’s House with a current and eclectic digital sound that varies between Minimal Break beat, Garage and Acid House.
