“A mor is the invocation to the moon of a woman, a genuine love story between two extraordinary beings. A dream world, purple oceans and esplanades. Star showers bathing these loving beings and a crystal lion,
symbol of protection and strength. This is the story of a love that never die, even in violent times.”
The conceptual theme that encompasses the entire imaginary of this new musical and visual proposal revolves around the time of life, death, emotions and genuine love in an apocalyptic world, all this with a very avant-garde aesthetics, using techniques of 3d and a color palette in purple and pink tones. The image of the EP and the video seek to reflect dream worlds that go hand in hand with musicality, which invites us to travel through utopian worlds and extraordinary beings. On the cover Alex is naked, on a purple ocean that is the water of Clepsydra, a timeless time of warm emotions, which we can also see in the video “A MOR” a love story in violent times.
The musical influences come from Opera (Alex is also a lyrical singer), Vapor Wave, French pop (heavily influenced by disco music) and electronic music (Techno, House). Some references could be the choirs of Rekiem by Mozart, Medúlla by Bjork, Madonna, Goldfrapp, Cocteau Twins, Buscabulla, Underworld, Daft Punk, Vendredi Sur Mer, Sebastien Tellier among others.
